We're heading to Miami!
The 2019 Conference is LIVE!

November 15–18, 2019
Miami, Florida

As arts marketers, we work to create a future that reflects organizational visions to better serve audiences and more deeply and equitably engage the community. However, an increasing challenge is competing for the attention of audiences who are overwhelmed by technology and content in the media on a daily basis. Yet, even as resources and attention spans are limited, we must be prepared to not only confront these challenges —but also anticipate and prepare for them.

Join us in Miami as we explore three core themes:

You: What new skill(s) do I need to learn to be effective in my individual career?
Your World: What information does the field need to navigate the current environment?
Your Future: What is our collective vision for the future, and how do we reach it?

With panel talks and hands-on workshops, learn the skills you need to be a better marketer. From the latest strategies to new technologies and innovations, this is the one-of-a-kind educational experience you’ve been looking for.

Called the “Gateway to Latin America” the area’s population is 60 percent Hispanic, with many residents having Cuban, Nicaraguan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, and Venezuelan backgrounds. This diversity largely influences the city’s rich art and cultural offerings. With the hip Miami Beach, classic Art Deco District, North Beach's Modern architecture, and the area's tropical climate, Miami is a year-round tourist destination and international hub.

In downtown Miami, a mélange of neighborhoods welcome visitors including the Cuban-inspired Little Havana, the art-driven Design District, architecturally rich Coral Gables, and the laid-back beachfront community of Coconut Grove.

Speakers at the conference will explore topics of cultural tourism, destination marketing, audience development, audience engagement, data-driven targeted marketing strategies and much more.
